¡Que bien!

I'm bringing back the mojito as my summer drink of choice, and I don't care that it takes 20 damn minutes to make one.

The key is not to over-muddle.

man. i have been craving mojitos lately. liquor in general, but mojitos especially. are you making them at home?

I had a couple...well, a few...at Kathy and Ron's this weekend. But I think it's time to bring that drink home. Their recipe was heavy on the lime, light on the muddled mint, and it made all the difference (you're not constantly picking pieces of mint out of your teeth). Maybe we need to have a SYTYCD/Mojito party?

ooooo yes. i think that's an excellent idea. 'specially since i have no tv to call my very own anymore. i recommend mojitos with blackstrap rum for a nice twist. mmmmmmmm

Yeah, those aren't order-out drinks. Those are going to be at-home drinks. I shall stick to cape cods and random Mexican beers when I venture out.
